After graduating "cum laude" on full academic scholarship from Hellenic College in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Psychology, Jennie went on to earn a Master of Science in Criminology, magna cum laude, from Boston’s Northeastern University Graduate School of Criminal Justice.
Next, specializing in International Law, Jennie received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in Boston, MA. She was the only student in that year’s class to be recognized with scholarships from both the Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation and the Eleni Gatzoyannis endowment.
During law school Jennie served as an Adviser with the Permanent Mission of Greece to the United Nations in New York, and clerked for Judge Richard G. Stearns of the United States District Court in Boston.
The Organizing Committee for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games recruited Jennie to assist with the national task of preparations for that historic event. For two years she helped plan and execute critical security planning as the International Security Cooperation Project Manager, and as a member of the Security Division, while also serving as liaison to the Organizing Committee’s international clients (National Olympic committees, security agencies, and sponsors) on security matters.
Jennie was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2006, the Federal Bar for the District of Massachusetts in May 2007, and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since May 2006. She also belongs to the Boston Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Hellenic Bar Association.
While working for a well-respected Boston law firm, Jennie enjoyed an active life in the local Greek American community. She taught Greek,(served as a Greek school teacher and director for more than a decade), provided legal and interpretation services (both paid and pro bono), and served as president of the Pan-Macedonian Association’s Boston Youth Chapter.
Relocated to Athens to start her own practice in 2007.
Today, using her fluency in both Greek and English along with her basic knowledge of Spanish and French, Jennie enjoys working with clients from a variety of backgrounds to address all their legal needs, help them solve immediate problems, avoid pitfalls, capitalize on opportunities, and plan for smooth, secure legal futures.
