Marianna Chalikia is a senior associate of the Law Offices of Giannakopoulou & Associates, with more than 24 years of experience advising and representing clients in civil and real estate law matters. She is an Attorney at Law before the Supreme Court and has extensive experience in both advisory and litigation work, particularly in complex real estate cases.
Her practice focuses primarily on real estate law, including real estate and land due diligence, National Cadastre matters, real estate transactions, Golden Visa–related property issues, and inheritance matters. She also has significant litigation experience in civil law, representing clients before first- and second-instance courts in cases involving real estate, family, and inheritance law, as well as EPC and related civil contracts.
Marianna regularly advises clients on the structuring and execution of real estate transactions and handles the drafting and defense of lawsuits and pleadings across a wide range of civil law disputes. Her long-standing experience and practical, methodical approach allow her to manage legally and factually demanding matters with reliability and precision.
Marianna is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2000 and brings a deep understanding of legal practice and the broader commercial context of real estate matters. In 2021, she attended the TOLES Advanced examination organized by the Hellenic American Union (HAU) and was the first candidate to achieve Gold Level certification.
